1) The Story Circle is back for a brief, six-week session starting May 26. Registration is open if you’re interested in joining the writing group. This upcoming session we’ll be focusing on nourishment as a writer, with a special look at Anne Morrow Lindbergh’s book Gift from the Sea
There are lots of other groups as well, so if a writing group isn’t the right fit for you, check out the (in)courage website to see what else is available that might be just what you’re looking for in your current season of life.
2) While I skipped their last memory passage, I’ve joined in with Do Not Depart’s Scripture Memory program in the past, and am excited to do so again. Registration opened today for the summer challenge – memorizing John 15, at a pace of one or two verses a week.
Scripture memory has been extremely beneficial for me, and it’s very encouraging and motivating knowing that there is an entire group working on the same passage as I am.
